Experience the True Flavors of Italy with Ristorante Patelli

The story begins in the 40s when grandmother Rosa opens her “Locanda” with traditional dishes and homemade pasta.

A few years later grandfather Giuseppe opens his bakery and begins to make pasta by hand. In 1951 the family moves to Trento where they open the first fresh pasta, gnocchi and tortellini laboratory, a passion that is passed on to their children with a continuous search for new flavors and products. In 1990 our restaurant opens!

A story of family, passion and love for good food!
Ristorante Patelli is located in the historic center of Trento behind the ancient Vanghiane walls of Piazza Fiera in one of the most evocative villages of the city. The restaurant is structured in a warm and welcoming environment with an intimate and reserved atmosphere and is family-run.

In the summer we have a small and delightful outdoor area open from May to September and inside the restaurant is air conditioned.

Sometimes original ideas come from the simplest things. Patelli in Trento is the right point of reference.
